Texas Craft Fair is a recurring event in Livingston, Texas that takes place throughout the year. It offers a variety of market events such as farmers markets, craft fairs, car shows, music events, expos, and cookoffs. The fair culminates in a haunted woods attraction at the end of the year, alongside a small festival held outside.

Our event days and times are as follows: Fridays 5pm to 9pm and Saturdays 10am to 4pm.

FOOD N DRINKS

We have spaces for up to 4 food trucks by the day or week. We strive to offer a convenient rest stop where you can take a lunch break, enjoy some food and explore some of our food vendors during or in between events.

During our weekend markets we are limited to 3 food trucks and 2 produce or plant type vendors. No more than that will be approved,

Variety Each Weekend

We are always seeking a variety of vendors. Each weekend check out a variety of ever changing additions. We have revolving vendors, each weekend is something different.

Every 2nd and 4th weekend of the month is Garage Sale weekend. No application is needed on garage sale weekend, just show up and set up before 10 am Saturday or before 5pm Friday.

Location

We are located 2.7 miles from walmart at at 3300 US 190 West in Livingston. Our hwy frontage venue is a great location for pop up events. With over 22k vehicles passing by per day, we offer a location that is easy to find and great for exposure. We are a permanent location.

Texas Craft Fair is a vibrant and dynamic outdoor venue located at Hwy 190 west & Park Avenue in Livingston. With our bi-weekly markets throughout the year, there is always something exciting happening at Texas Craft Fair.

 
 
From Farmers Markets bursting with fresh produce to Craft Shows showcasing local artisans and their incredible creations, there is a little something for everyone. But it doesn’t stop there. We also host a variety of special events that cater to different interests, such as car shows, cook-offs, and other unique gatherings. These special events add an extra touch of excitement and variety to our already bustling venue.
 
But our venue doesn’t stop at delicious food and fantastic vendors. We pride ourselves on offering a diverse range of events throughout the year. From seasonal festivities like our Haunted Hill – Livingston event in the fall of 2024 to other captivating performances and entertainment, there is never a dull moment at Texas Craft Fair.
 
Speaking of the Haunted Hill event, it promises to be an unforgettable experience. Imagine walking through a haunted woods attraction, shrouded in mystery and filled with spine-chilling surprises at every turn. With up to 50 vendors participating in a market setup out front, you’ll have the opportunity to discover unique treasures while enjoying the thrills and scares of our haunted woods.

Apply to vend the Texas Craft Fair. Please fill this out as best as possible. You will be contacted by email regarding approval. It is MANDATORY for everyone to apply if you want to become a vendor. After you submit your application, you will be emailed a link to a page where you can reserve your space using the cash option.

We are not responsible for taxes of each individual vendors sales.
Texas imposes a 6.25 percent state sales and use tax on all retail sales, leases and rentals of most goods, as well as taxable services. Local taxing jurisdictions (cities, counties, special purpose districts and transit authorities) can also impose up to 2 percent sales and use tax for a maximum combined rate of 8.25 percent. Texas requires a Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit for pop-up vendors who sell taxable items or services at fairs, festivals, markets, or shows. This includes vendors from outside Texas who participate in these events. The permit is required even for temporary sellers who operate for less than 90 days. Non Compete Clause (NCA)
If approved, you may reserve a space from our shop page (links sent upon approval). We ask that all vendors agree to a non compete when making booth space reservations for specific dates. By checking "agree" to this, you are agreeing to honor a non compete clause for any other event on same date within 15 miles of our location (3300 hwy 190 west, Livingston). This protects the overall market from no call/no shows, cancellations to attend competing events at last minute and gives us the ability to promote your business being at a particular date with confidence.

Delve into the magical atmosphere every weekend as we extend our beloved Texas Craft Fair into the evening with the Moonlight Bazaar Mini Pop Up. This enchanting addition lights up the night following our standard Saturday events.

Event Schedule:

  • Saturdays: From 6pm to 10pm, the event transforms into a vibrant night market.
  • Sundays: From noon to 5pm, continue to enjoy the unique offerings amid the relaxed Sunday atmosphere.

What’s on Offer?
Discover a special mix of items with a focus on gemstones, crystals, rocks, and other special finds that are perfect for collectors and new enthusiasts alike.

Regular Texas Craft Fair Times:
Don’t forget, you can also join us every Friday from 5pm to 9pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm for our standard Texas Craft Fair activities. As always, these events feature handmade crafts and a variety of garage sale finds.

Vendor Information:
Vendors interested in showcasing their products at the Moonlight Bazaar should keep an eye on our website for upcoming application details and additional information. The fee for participating is $20 for a single day or $30 for both days.

Please Note: The Moonlight Bazaar is an additional event designed to complement our regular Texas Craft Fair weekend lineup. The traditional craft fairs and garage sale events will continue as scheduled without alteration.
